    Depending on the size and scope of your home, the average build time is 5-8 months.
  • Do I need to hire someone else to do work outside of the home?
    No, we are a full-service residential contractor and we can take care of exterior and prep work, including but not limited to landscaping, dirt grading, culverts, driveways, sidewalks, sub-surface drainage, and more.
  • Do you only do new construction projects?
    No, we offer home renovation services as well on a case-by-case basis.
  • Can I request or change things during the my project?
    Yes, as a custom home builder, our clients can tailor projects to their specific needs, even if the project is already underway.
  • What kind of crews do you use?
    We only use high quality tradesman that are properly skilled, licensed and insured for their specific trade. Most of our subcontractors and material suppliers are local in an effort to support economic growth close to home.
  • What can I expect during construction?
    We pride ourselves on a high level of communication and transparency. Depending on your home’s details, you will be kept up-to-date with regular financial and progress reporting from beginning to end.
  • What areas do you service?
    We are based in Lafayette, La., and service most of the Acadiana area, including but not limited to Lafayette, Youngsville, Carencro, Scott, Broussard, Maurice and the surrounding areas.
