Charlie has always called Acadiana home. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for both his undergraduate degree in Marketing and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Charlie gained invaluable experience in the oilfield as a financial analyst, which gave him a solid foundation for starting The Gen Group Construction with his business partner and father-in-law, Robert Daigle.

Beyond the business, Charlie's passion for the construction industry runs deep. He's not just an owner; he's a hands-on leader who thrives on bringing visions to life and solving complex challenges. This dedication has fueled the successful completion of hundreds of diverse projects throughout the region, each one built with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Charlie prides himself on The Gen Group Construction being a true family business.
